A benefits-realisation system of record for health-system AI portfolios that turns every announced initiative into a baselined claim with an accountable business owner, a finance-attested realised value, and stage gates that stop a pilot being reported as a delivered outcome.

Problem
The first 12–24 months after a US payer, provider or pharmacy benefit manager stands up an AI or digital transformation programme office carrying 10–40 concurrent initiatives against a savings number the board has already heard — precisely the population the source surveyed (62 of its 1,075 respondents were from US payers, providers and PBMs).
Outcome
A deployment-ready foundation that teams can configure into production.

About this foundation
Benefits assurance for clinical and administrative AI. Its unit of account is the *promise made to the board*, not the model: project portfolio tools track spend and milestones, MLOps platforms and algorithm registers track model state and validation, and none of them can answer the CFO's only question, which is how much of the announced AI benefit has landed in the general ledger. Trueup makes the claim, the locked baseline, the measurement method and the finance attestation a single governed object; it consumes validation and drift state from whatever register already holds it rather than duplicating that inventory; and it treats the "living process" the source champions as something with a named drift owner and a re-baselining obligation rather than a go-live date.
